Alice S. Mohr (Boese)

ALICE S. MOHR 94, of Wilbur, Oregon passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017 at her home. She was born May 29, 1923 in Standish, California to Jacob and Susanna Boese. Alice attended one year of junior college. She married Stanley F. Mohr. Alice was a homemaker for many years. She was a long time member of Wilbur Methodist Church, loved bowling, spending time with her family and playing the machines. Survivors include her daughters Patricia Duke, Colleen Pew and husband Robert; son Gary Mohr; sister Babe Zacharias; brother Leonard Boese; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Stanley Mohr in 1993; daughter Carolyne Moore and son in law Bruce Moore, sister Helen Craighead and brothers Hilyard Boese, Paul Boese and Henry Boese. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Coles Valley Cemetery.
