Andrica De La Cruz Garcia, 99, of Oakland passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016. She was born October 17, 1917 in Naval, Philippines to Hipolito and Anastacia (Machete) De La Cruz. She is survived by her daughter, Epifania (Gloria) Fretheim, and three sons, Saludo Garcia., Juanito Garcia and Rosindo Garcia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
