Arthella May Bigham

ARTHELLA MAY BIGHAM 79 of Roseburg, Oregon passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in a local hospital. She was born August 14, 1930 in Red Bluff, California to Walter and Elisabeth Cowdry. Arthella worked as an operator for AT&T for over 30 years. She moved from Rancho Cordova, California to Roseburg, Oregon 16 years ago. Arthella enjoyed gardening, going for walks and going to Seven Feathers. Survivors include her daughters Tina Wilson and her husband Stephen of Sioux City, Iowa and Missy Merritt of Fayetteville, Arkansas; grandchildren Cyrus, Chris, Jennifer, Kyle and Kristopher and many friends. Arthella was preceded in death by her son Ronald Bigham, sister Betty Powell and a brother Sterling Allen. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 11:00 am within the grounds of Roseburg Memorial Gardens.
