Betty Pauline Hand

BETTY P. HAND, 94, formally of Elkton, Oregon passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018. She was born October 7, 1923 in North Bend, Oregon to Benjamin and Ingred Wiant. Betty married Hardy Hand on August 25, 1941 and they were married 59 years until Hardy’s death on July 9, 2001. She was the mother of 6 children, Nita, Linda, Hardy Jr., Kerry, and Duane and Irene who preceded her. She was a grandma, great grandma and great-great grandma. Betty was also preceded in death by four brothers. She enjoyed cooking, camping and doing arts and crafts of all kinds. A private family graveside was held in the Elkton Cemetery.
