Bobby Ray Cole passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016, at River Bend Hospital in Eugene. He was born on December 7, 1938, in West End, North Carolina.
Bobby served in the Air Force and retired from the Veterans Administration in 1998.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rosemary; his children Kenneth and Tanya; grandchildren Jason and Megan; brothers Billy and Richard; sisters Kay and Lynn. His son Jason Jay died in a fishing accident in Alaska in 1996.
He will be interred at the Roseburg VA National Cemetery in a memorial service on Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 2 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Garden Valley Church of Christ. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate Bob's life.
