Bonnibell Jeanette Wells

BONNIBELL JEANETTE WELLS 97 of Roseburg, Oregon passed away Friday, August 27, 2010. She was born August 12, 1913 in Mt. Vernon, Washington to Henry and Alma La Fonde. Bonnibell worked as a Technician at the State Hospital in Spada, California for 20 years. She moved to Glide, Oregon in 1971 following the death of her husband Cecil Wells. Mrs. Wells lived in Glide for 20 years until she moved to Roseburg 10 years ago. She was a member of Glide Baptist Church, enjoyed playing the organ, photography and painting on ceramics. Survivors include her daughter Phyllis Lent of Chattahoochee, Florida; step-daughter Darlene Bowles of Huntington Beach, California; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Those who wish may pay their respects on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 pm within the grounds of Roseburg Memorial Gardens. Pastor Mike Miller of the Glide Baptist Church will officiate.
