Caroline Eunice Shultz

April 11, 1932 — July 7, 2014

Caroline Eunice Shultz was born on April 11, 1932 to Ivan and Margaruite Lebold and the oldest of three girls. She married Donald Eugene Shultz on April 29, 1950 and was blessed with four children; Charles, Carolyn, Sarah, and Garry. Carol was received into the arms of Jesus on July 7, 2014 in the comfort of her home. She is survived by her four children, two sisters Blanche and Barbara, and many grand-, great-, and great-great- children.
As a child, Carol accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior for the redemptive work on the cross, saving her from sin, and giving the gift of eternal life. God always protected her and was always faithful. In her own handwriting she states, "There has been many trials and heartaches along the way. It has been worth it, as Christ has been faithful to perform the work in me until this day that my soul is now with my Heavenly Father in glory (2 Cor. 5:8-10). I look forward to all my family and friends joining me in Heaven."
In 2 Timothy 4:7, Paul speaks about his time here coming to a close and said, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith..." in a nutshell that is what our mother demonstrated, encouraged, and wants us to model in our own lives.
Carol is not dead...she is not lost or gone. She is not "resting in the ground" or soul sleeping. No! She lives because she loves God with every part of her (notice the present tense) being and because of that God in his great faithfulness has granted her the privilege to be called his daughter and to live forever with Him!
Carol has only changed addresses"45679 (GLORY) Heaven. We know where she is and our faith is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in her honor to be sent to Nursing Home Ministries Inc., PO Box 2246, Portland, OR 97269 for Harold White in Salem, Oregon ministry area or Biblical Ministries Worldwide, 1595 Herrington Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043-5616 with designation for COCA Los Angeles Blind and Blind-Deaf Ministries.
