David Loren Vaara, age 58, of Sutherlin, OR, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, at his residence. He was born in Roseburg on April 6, 1960, to Loren and Ann (Berkey) Vaara.
David owned David Vaara Custom Cabinets and was a member of the Roseburg Rod and Gun club. His special hobby was riding his Goldwing Motor Cycle. He and Sally shared many adventures going to the coast and mountains.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Salene (Sally); son, Kyle (Crystal), step son; Matthew Baker; and stepdaughter, Gennie Monroe. Dave is also survived by his mother, Ann Vaara; and grandchildren, Courtney Jarvis, Cameron Baker, Calvin Vaara and Kinslee Vaara.
A memorial service will be held at New Life in Roseburg on October 27, 2018, at 1 p.m.
