Dean Leroy Rasmussen, 80 years old, passed away January 25, 2019. He was born December 11, 1938, in Hinckley, Minnesota. Dean is the youngest of 12 siblings born to Hans C. and Neva E. Rasmussen. Carpentry and building houses were his hobbies.
Dean is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lora Rasmussen; son, Kevin and his wife Myrisia; two grandkids, Mark and Kathy; and daughter-in-law, Rhonda Rasmussen. He is preceded in death by his son, Mike D. Rasmussen; and granddaughter, Sara Greenburg.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., February 2, 2019, at the Calapooia Free Methodist; 333 Church Rd., Sutherlin, OR 97479.
