Delbert Earl Niebaum age 86 of Roseburg passed away at his home on April 13, 2018. Delbert was born on August 19, 1931 in Turlock, California to Lucille and Bill Niebaum. The family moved to Lookingglass when Delbert was a teen. Delbert married Donna Boling on October 14, 1950 in Lookingglass. After marriage, they settled in the Roseburg area where together they raised three daughters; Corin, Lori and Cindy. Delbert worked 30 plus years at C&D Lumber in Riddle, and owned nurseries and florist shops in Riddle and Sutherlin. He loved traveling with Donna in their motor home, fishing, drives in the mountains, and spending time with family. Delbert was preceded in death by his wife Donna of 62 years, his parents, and brother Wayne. He is survived by his daughters, Corin Simonsen and husband Dave of Eugene, Lori Hamilton and husband Darryl of Redmond, and Cindy Miller and husband Ken of Myrtle Creek, Grandsons; Shawn Cohea, Scott Swett, and Chris Cohea of Eugene, Granddaughter Traci Wooten and husband Joe of Beaverton, great grandsons, Jaxson and Noah Cohea of Eugene, sister Ida Capp of Medford, and lifelong friend Dorwin Keller.

A celebration of life will be held at the Lookingglass grange on Sunday June 24th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
