Eleanor Virginia Fiske. Born May 22, 1928 - February 10, 2017
Our dear Wife, Mother peacefully passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family and loved ones following a series of medical issues.
She will be forever loved and missed for her loving, giving, and endless love for her family.
Ellie was born in Cranston, Rhode Island, and also lived in West Hills, California and Roseburg, Oregon. She was employed for many years at the Redkin Corporation and later in life at the family Donut Hole where it was her joy to decorate and serve customers. Ellie also spent years decorating the Orchard Knolls Apartments where she knew and was close to many who lived there.
Ellie was married to her beloved husband Donald Joseph Fiske for 68 wonderful years, and together they have 3 children Donna Coffey, Nancy Fiske, and Robert Fiske all of the Roseburg area. She has 3 grandchildren Brenda Eppler, Carol Russel, and Kenneth Russell. She has 5 great grandchildren, Ryan, Amelia,Sophia, Madilyn, and Jakob all of California. She is also survived by her brother John Winsor of Massachusetts.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Bray.
Ellie loved bowling, shopping, and helping others. She often put others needs way before her own. She was a strong, determined women who was loved and admired and who will be missed forever.
