Elizabeth Irene Tvrdy

ELIZABETH IRENE TVRDY 90 passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Sutherlin, Oregon. She was born on December 8, 1921 in El Segundo, California to George and Irene Hasper. Elizabeth was an avid reader, tole painter and a teacher of tole painting. She and Jim ran a tole painting shop in Alaska. Survivors include her children John Banducci, Lorna Tengan, Linda Hoback, Donald Banducci and David Pratt; step-daughter Jan Mekech; 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Elizabeth also helped raise Jim's children and grandchildren while living in Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Tom and Donald Hasper; her husband Jimmie Tvrdy. Elizabeth will be laid to rest in Roseburg Memorial Gardens.
