Age 91, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at her home in Roseburg, Oregon. Ethel was born in Puyallup, Washington, and attended school in Puyallup and Sumner, WA. She married Harlow E. High in 1947. They moved to Oregon in 1957. In 1960, the family moved to Glide, OR. In 1980, they moved to Roseburg, where she lived until her death on February 10, 2016.
She is survived by her two sons James (Gloria) High and Gary (Jennifer) High of Roseburg; her two grandchildren Erik and Jeffrey High, both of Roseburg; her sister Marilyn Gailey and husband Pat of Kihei, Hawaii; and her beloved Pit-Bull Rocky.
