On Friday October 2, 2015 our beloved Mom and Nanny passed away at the age of 86 while surrounded by her loving family.
Geraldine was born June 13, 1929, in Denver to Alan and Anna Williamson. She graduated from Roseburg High School in 1947. Geri and her late husband of 65 years, Lyle Quist, were known for many years as the owners of Quistie Kremes' Drive-In. Geri was very fond of spending time in her garden and with her beloved friends, family and dog Gee Gee. She was also very much enjoyed traveling with Lyle and there RV to Yuma, Arizona for the winter and venturing around the world on trips with her family and friends.
She is survived by her eldest son, Greg Quist and Terri Lyn Sloan of Seattle, Washington; youngest son, Gary Quist and wife Janice Quist of Roseburg; and granddaughter, Jordan Steele and husband Bryson Steele of Beaverton.
A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 10, at Roseburg Memorial Gardens Pavilion.
