On October 11, 2014 Helen Staggs, of Sutherlin, gracefully left this earthly plane to join her partner in life, Larry, her daughter Peggy, and her two brothers, Robert and Bernard.
Helen leaves behind her siblings; Velma, Rose, Loretta and Jim, her children; Cheryl, Eddie, Mary, Tracy, and Tim, 15 Grandkids, 23 Great grandkids, and 1 Great great grandchild.
Helen was a loving, caring wife and mother. She was devoted to her family, and felt her life's work was to strengthen this nation not by being the center of attention, but by perpetuating good honest values in future generations through the thoughtful guidance of an attentive mother.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday October 16 at 10 AM at Sutherlin Chapel of the Roses with interment to follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Canyonville. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Chapel from Noon until 5 pm. Please visit Helen's web site at www.sutherlinchapeloftherosesfh.com .
