Inez Sarratt

October 2, 1919 — July 18, 2014

Inez Sarratt, 94, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away on July, 18, 2014. She was born on October 2, 1919 to Troy W and Goldie (Porter) Shulanberger in Achille, Oaklahoma. Inez was a certified welder and worked in the shipyard during WWII and became a Rosie the Riveters with Lockheed Corp during the fifties. She has been a resident of Roseburg for 36 years having lived in Oakland, Oregon and Lamont Ca. Inez's membership at Landmark Missionary Church was a great joy to her. Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Ellie L. Sarratt, a son; John, her parents, a brother, and a daughter in law. She is survived by her son; Tom Sarratt of Roseburg, grandchildren; Larry,and Marshall Sarratt and Nina Renard along with 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Funeral Service will be Monday, July 28, 2014 at 2:30 pm at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 5599 N. Umpqua Hwy, interment will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Myrtle Creek.
