Janette Irene Smoot

Mrs. Janette Irene Smoot age 82 Passed away in her home of 43 years on March 10, 2020. Janette was known by many as "Grandma Smoot" or to those closest to her, as "Wilber". Janette was born August 2, 1937, In Glover Oklahoma to loving parents Joel and Katherine Melson. She worked as an office manager/ Co-Owner for J&J Heating & Air. she also worked as a long haul truck driver on a team with her husband. Janette loved going through her family tree and finding new distant relatives. She also loved art and music. Janette was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Janette Loved her husband of 65 years, Jack Lee Smoot. Janette leaves behind Daughters Lynda Kay Smoot, Lynette Dee Smoot-Brown, and Ginger Banks. Son Jack Alan Smoot. Sisters Fonda, Jean, Danita, Kathy and Brother Jim. Grandchildren Jonathan, Amanda, Erica, Katie, Paul, Kaylyn, Shawnee, Michael, Jennifer, Jack Callahan, James(Jimi), Ami, Phillip, and Brandon. Great - Grandchildren Max, Annabell, Savanna, Jack Lloyd, Natesa, Silas, Calvin, Emma, Austin, Jayden, Makenzie, Skylar, Eli, Maisen, Branson, Reese, Austin, Bryson, Colton, Zoe, Hanna, Nikos, Madisen, Tristan, Eiler, Jack Dillon, Kai.
