Lindon Arvil McGee was born October 23, 1922 and passed away February 21, 2014. He served his country during World War II in Okinawa, Japan as a member of the United States Army.
After the war he moved his family to Roseburg, OR. where he retired from Southern Pacific Railroad after working as a conductor for 30 years.
He had a life-long love of music and played violin and guitar.
He is survived by his wife, Loyce McGee, of Roseburg; daughter, Annette McGee Bacon of Junction City Oregon; and son, Kenon McGee of Vancouver Washington. He was preceded in death by his son Lonny McGee Sr. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren.
