Lola Mae Edwards

Lola Mae Edwards, 86, of Sutherlin, Oregon, passed away in Roseburg, November 21, 2010 of congestive heart failure. She was born March 7, 1924 in Albion, Oklahoma to Jim and Alice Ray. On November 6, 1944 she married Otis Edwards. In 1948 they moved from Oklahoma to Sutherlin. Her husband of 55 years preceded her in death in 1999. Survivors include daughters Alice Heaton of Junction City, Oregon, Donna Grauf and her husband Alan and LeeAnna Jacobs and her husband Donald of Sutherlin. Sons Rick Edwards and his wife Jodi of Sutherlin and Barry Edwards of Medford, Oregon. Grandchildren Lara Castillo of Eugene, Oregon, Jason Heaton of Moscow, Idaho, Mindy Miele of Winchester, Oregon, Kim Miller of Yerington, Nevada, Skylor Jacobs of Winston, Oregon, Dustin Edwards of Roseburg, Oregon, Ty and Amber Edwards of Medford, Oregon and 20 great grandchildren. Also preceding her in death was a son-in-law, Ron Heaton and great grand daughter, Haven Reign Jacobs. She was the last of 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Her interests included her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, reading and embroidery. No funeral services planned. Contributions in Lola's memory to the Oregon Epilepsy Foundation.
