LUCAS KENNETH EIBEL was born June 17, 1997 to Keith and Donna Eibel in Portland, Oregon. He was part of a set of quadruplets (2 brothers and a sister). Lucas graduated from Roseburg High School in June, 2015. He received a Umpqua Community College scholarship as well as a scholarship from the Ford Family Foundation. Lucas was a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and volunteered at Wildlife Safari and Saving Grace. He enjoyed hiking, drawing, reading, playing video games and soccer. Lucas was predeceased by his grandparents Kenneth and Elaine Eibel. He is survived by his parents; sister, Alexis; brothers Jakob, Cole and Mitchell; grandparents Jim and Arlene Baune; aunt and uncle Gail Clark-Butts and Jerry Butts; cousins Larry and Leslie Prast, Lynn and Bob Gilly, Aaron and Abby Clark, Jenny and Brian Roi, Katie Prast and Paul Gran. The family would like to thank the FBI victim specialists, the American Red Cross, all the local law enforcement and first responders and everyone in the community who is offering support and assistance. A memorial service will be held at Church on the Rise on October 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The doors will open to the public at 1:00 p.m. The family encourages casual attire for the service. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Roseburg FFA chapter and Victim Relief Funds, Wildlife Safari and Saving Grace.
