MACY LEROY CRITTEN 71, of Wilbur, Oregon passed away Friday, February 24, 2012 due to complications of diabetes. He was born June 30, 1940 in Exeter, California to Macy Graham. and Lila Marie (Ashford) Critten. Macy graduated from Talent High School in Talent, Oregon in 1959. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. Macy worked as a Millwright until he retired in 1995 from Croman Corporation in Ashland, Oregon. Following his retirement he moved from Ashland to Wilbur. Macy graduated from UCC in 2002. He enjoyed rock climbing, sailing, chess, classic cars, model trains, photography, postcard collecting and being an author. Macy is survived by his wife of 24 years, JoAnne, and their daughter and son in law, Melayna and JustinWilder. He is also survived by his cousins Jim Lane and Carol Ann Lane. Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2012 from 7:00 until 8 PM at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3 at 2 P.M. at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses with Military Honors. Placement at Roseburg National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.
