Mary Elizabeth Jenkins (Prow)

MARY ELIZABETH JENKINS 62, of Sutherlin, Oregon passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at her home. She was born April 18, 1951 in Grants Pass, Oregon to Robert and Barbara Prow. The Jenkins' lived in Eugene, Oregon for many years prior to moving to Sutherlin in 1997. Mary enjoyed gardening, jewelry making, beading, traveling and valued spending time with family and friends. She always gave more of herself than what she received. Survivors include her husband of 46 years Richard Jenkins of Sutherlin, Oregon; daughter Lauri Peckels and her husband Jody of Eugene, Oregon; grandchildren Justin Allen Peckels of Eugene, Oregon, Joel Allen Peckels of Veneta, Oregon and Whitney Dow of Veneta, Oregon; great grandchildren Jase Allen Peckels of Veneta, Oregon and Emma Dow of Marcola, Oregon; parents Barbara and Roy Stauch; brothers Robert Prow and his wife of California and Scott Stauch and his wife Kim of Bakersfield, Oregon. Mary was preceded in death by her sister Jane Shaw. A celebration of Mary's life will be held Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm in Hendricks Park in Eugene, Oregon.
