Michael L Van Nurden

Passed away October 30,2014 at 9:20 pm. His passing leaves a huge hole to many, but his spirit lives on thru his 3 daughters; Tammitha, Heather and Heidi, plus his grandson, Gregory.
He served his country in Vietnam with the Army as an E5 Personal Sergeant. Coming home he became a uniformed police officer with the Denver Police department. He was involved with the S.C.A.T. unit and became a Detective in Juvenile work. He retired in 1977. He loved to laugh. Tell stories, anoint nick names and be with friends. Michael is survived by; his mother Jean, sisters; Cheryl, Belinda, Cheri and Lisa. In leiu of flowers we are accepting donations to Tammitha Ann - 162 Barron Way, Kalispell, MT 59901.
A Gathering will be held at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 10 AM with a Graveside service to follow at Roseburg National Cemetery at 11 AM.
