Nellie Garrison
Passed away on February 9, 2010 at 80 years of age. She had lost her battle with Alzeimer's. Nellie and the love of her life for 57 years, John Garrison, moved to Oregon and lived on a ranch in Elkhead then moved to Oakland then Sutherlin. Some of her many hobbies included sewing, golfing, bowling and playing cards. She was a very kind person who got along with everyone. She will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband's parents and her son Jon Jae. Survivors include her husband John, daughter Jan (Dave) Makaipo, sons Michael (Victoria) and Ragen (Janet) Garrison, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private services will be held on Friday, February 12th.
