Peter R. Mills 91, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away Monday, June 16, 2014. He was born September 19, 1922 in Muscatine, Iowa to Peter and Mary Mills. Survivors include his daughter Bonnie Hobday; son Richard Stump; grandchildren Scott, Brad and Laurie Anderson; a great grandson Marlin Anderson and a sister Evelyn Carlisle. Peter was preceded in death by his wife Kathryn and a son Emmett Stump. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 at 3:00 pm within the grounds of Roseburg Memorial Gardens. Pastor Mike Miller will officiate.
