Precialano "Percy" Luna
September 24, 1943 — March 3, 2016
Born in Rocky Ford, Colorado on September 24, 1943 to Percy Luna Sr. and Evelyn Hager, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, Oregon after a five year battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Lily Luna; his sons Richard (Patricia) Luna and William (Bill) (Dorthea); his granddaughter Alicia (Nate) Pratt and their two daughters Maliyah and Lainey; his grandson Nathan Luna (Danielle Moore) and their daughter Sidney; son Landon and their unborn son.
Percy dedicated his nursing career to supporting veterans by working at the VA Medical Centers in Colorado and Roseburg, Oregon. He received his nursing degree from the Southern Colorado University. He loved his family and also enjoyed working on show cars and with Arabian horses.
Funeral Service will held at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses with interment at Melrose Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 5 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016.
