Robert Alan Curtiss

ROBERT ALAN CURTISS, 63, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at the VA Medical Center. He was born June 28, 1955 in Medford, Oregon to Ruth Elaine Foco and raised by Ruth her husband Royce Allen Nobles. Robert served in the US Army where he received his GED. He worked for many years as a mill worker. Robert lived in California, Colorado, Missouri and Oregon and for the past ten years in Roseburg. He was married to Judith Curtiss who lost her battle with cancer in April of 2008. Survivors include his parents Ruth and Royce Nobles, son Steven Louis Curtiss and his wife Shawna, son Robert Louis Curtiss and his fiancee Kimberly Coffey,  daughter Mary Curtiss and her husband Michael Sell; brother Rick Curtiss and his wife Joanne, brother Rodney Curtiss and his wife Judy; grandchildren Mathew Curtiss, Markus Curtiss, AJ Curtiss, Robbie Curtiss, Laura Curtiss, Cheryl Sell, Michael Sell II, and Maegan Smedley; great grandchildren Luca, Emery, Kaleigh, Isabelle, Tieler, Madilynn, Aidin, Lexi, Emmie, Ava, Lucas, Adam, and Penelope.  Robert was preceded in death by his brothers Ron Curtiss and Randy Curtiss. Graveside services with military honors will be held Monday, June 10, 2019 at 11:00 am within the grounds of Roseburg National Cemetery.
