Roy Douglas "Doug" Irvine
February 6, 1938 — April 15, 2015
Douglas Irvine, Sr. , 77 years old, born in Southern California on February 6, 1938 passed away at his home in Roseburg, OR on April 15, 2015. Mr. Irvine is survived by his wife, Dyanna Irvine. His children and their spouses, Kelly Roberts, Duane Roberts, Tracy Irvine, Douglas Irvine, Jr., Dionne Irvine and David Irvine. His grandchildren, Douglas Reinhardt, Casey Reinhardt, Andrew Irvine, Alyx Cole, Carlie Irvine and Nicolette Irvine.
Doug was an entrepreneur, real estate investor and devoted to his church. He was a strong man, he never gave upa true Viking. He loved sports, especially baseball and his famous life quote was "keep swinging the bat". His smile and contagious personality will never be forgotten by his family and those who had the privilege of knowing him. A loving father, husband, grandfather and friend now blessed by the angels in Heaven.
Services will be held on Sunday, February 19th, 2015 at 2pm at the Roseburg Memorial Gardens followed by a Celebration of Life at the Roseburg Country Club.
