Age 31, Ryan was taken from this world suddenly on Thursday, February 9, 2017. Ryan was born March 2, 1985, at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho. Ryan was the son of an Air Force serviceman and traveled around the world. He made his home in Oregon, and graduated from Sutherlin High School in 2003. Ryan loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed snowboarding, camping, fishing, boating with his mom, barbecuing, experiencing Portland's night life, live concerts, and trips to Vegas. But what he loved the most was spending time with his family and friends. Ryan made everyone smile and feel good about being alive.
He is survived by his daughter, Isis Yancey of Portland, OR; his father, Jim Yancey and wife, Norly of Orcutt, CA; stepsisters, Veronica Webb of Tucson,AZ, Vanessa Gregory of San Diego, CA; his mother, Michelle Shorey of Roseburg,OR; Sister, Candace Mock; and brother, Cannon Mock, both of Roseburg, OR. Services will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 At 2 p.m. at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses in Roseburg.
