Tamera Ann Way

Born December 1, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas, she was the daughter of Carol Henry Schwartz and Richard, and James Preston Way and Goldie. She is sister to Deanna Wood, Curt Talburt , Bridget Way Talburt , and Penny Way who predeceased her. She graduated from Sutherlin, OR, High School. She completed Beauty School, attending both in Roseburg and in HI. After high school she lived majority of years in HI, doing variety of jobs. Her children are Kaela Shamel, twins Marie and Thomas Donahue, and Briana Sutton. She was diagnosed with Glioblastoma while employed at Home Depot, a job she loved. She passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, in Glide, OR, after a hard and courageous fight. She will be greatly missed by her partner Tony, who cared for her to the end, as well as her family and numerous friends.

Memorial will be held at Glide Church of Christ, on Saturday, September 17, 2016, at 1 p.m.
