Toby Lee Rhyne

Toby Lee Rhyne 65, of Sutherlin went to the Lord on September 23,2018 after anextended illness. He was born on March 3, 1953 to Truis and Viola Rhyne in GlendaleCalifornia. He Graduated from Bandon High School and retired as a General Contractor.Toby enjoyed designing and building anything. He had a very special gift for seeing theunseen and making it beautiful. He could build from the ground up. Toby was avolunteer for the BLM as a camp host. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and Camping.Toby and his partner, Debra Smith, lived in Sutherlin for 14 years. He is survived byDebra Smith, Jason (Janet) Rhyne, Jared Rhyne, Tammijo (David) Prichard, Johanna(Kevin) Robertson, and John Lewis. He is also survived by his brothers, Billy and Robert(Fawn) Rhyne, sisters Sherrie (Brian) DeOS and Lisa (Fred) Simmons. In addition he issurvived by 21 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren, numerous nephews andnieces and his mother in law Elma (Dusty) Hall. Toby is preceded in death by hisparents, and Stepson  Robert Lewis.  Toby’s Celebration of Life will take place at the Sutherlin Community Center on Friday,September 28, 2018 at 2 pm followed by a Pot Luck.
