Wilfred "Lefty" Kisinger

November 23, 1922 — June 1, 2015

Wilfred J. Kisinger "Lefty" of Sutherlin, Oregon was born November 23, 1922 in Alberta, Canada to William and Anna Kisinger. He passed away at home on June 1, 2015 with his loving wife June by his side.
Lefty served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Guadalupe. He worked in the timber industry most of his life.
He had two families. Wife Orpha; daughter Sherri Kisinger; son Michael Kisinger; grandchildren Jeriene Gauthier and Charles Lender and one great-grandson.
After Orpha's passing Lefty married June Grauf in 1987. With this marriage he had his second family; stepsons Michael (Nancy) Grauf, Alan (Donna) Grauf, Howard (Kitty) Grauf; stepdaughter Vicki (Larry) Lemp. Along with many grandchildren, great grand-children, and great-great grandchildren.
He loved baseball and football. Go Ducks!
Lefty was predeceased by his parents; brother Walter Kisinger; stepson Michael Grauf and stepdaughter Nancy Grauf.
Graveside services will be held at Valley View Cemetery on June 9, 2015 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.
