Zane Lee Lindly

ZANE LEE LINDLY 85, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away September 11, 2016. He was born April 24, 1931 in Cloudy, Oklahoma to E.M. and Minnie Lindly. After graduating from high school, Zane served in the US Army from 1952 to 1954. Shortly after being discharged, Zane moved to Sutherlin, Oregon. He married Ella June VanMeter and they had three daughters. Zane owned and operated Zane's Appliance for many years. He enjoyed playing golf, hunting and playing pool. Survivors include his wife of 60 years Ella Lindly; daughters Memoriee Sconce and her husband Bruce, Melody Bruggeman and Melissa Simone; 2 sisters; 2 granddaughters Tarra and Tenea, 3 grandsons Jason, Justin and Marcus; great grandchildren Mikayla and Peyton; numerous nieces and nephews. Zane was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and grandson Chance. At his request, no services will be held. Private cremation rites have been held. Private inurnment will be held within the grounds of Valley View Cemetery in Sutherlin, Oregon.
